Facilities
Our campus is set over a large site and comprises of nine classroom, cultural and performance, administration and workshop buildings. We also have a library and student services building and a school canteen.
From a cultural perspective, we have a very-well equipped music and drama facility, as well as a hall for staging productions - this is also where our award-winning school choir, Dunstanza, performs and practises. We also have a whare, where our students work on Kapa Haka, public speaking and debating.
In terms of sport, our gymnasium building provides a range of indoor sports, from badminton to volleyball and basketball to indoor soccer. It also offers a weights gym and cardio training machines. We have a two rugby pitches, two cricket ovals and a soccer pitch, and are situated immediately adjacent to Molyneux Park and the multitude of facilities it offers. We also have outdoor tennis and basketball courts, and our brand new high ropes course, which forms a key part of our renowned Outdoor Education programme, reopened in November 2020. You can see a video of this in action below.
Whilst we encourage all of our students to have their own electronic device for digital learning, we have a number of these that students can borrow, and we also have a wifi network throughout our school.
We also have the benefit of our hostel, which accommodates up to 48 boarders, a short walk from the main school campus. More hostel information is available here.
