The day started in the Hall with a welcome and then students went into their House groups and spent the morning with Deans and Tutor Group teachers, practising waiata for the Mihi Whakatau welcome to be held tomorrow morning for new students and their whanau. This was followed by the sharing of information related  to sport, buses, performing arts and the Whare. They also went to their Period 4 and 5 subject classes.

The Year 13s cooked a BBQ lunch which was well received by all.

A great start to the year for all the newbies.
