Malachi Bathurst and Judde Paris travel to Cromwell for the Level 3 Cookery course that the Polytechnic runs two days a week.
This course has the potential to gain them 60 Level 3 credits and a Certificate in Level 3 Cookery. This is a highly regarded qualification and a great foundation for anyone wanting a career within hospitality.
These are just some of Malachi's amazing dishes he has produced to date: Lamb Curry with tabouleh, minted yoghurt and hoummus, Thai Style Red Lamb Curry and Steak Sandwich with caramelised onion and slaw.
