A group of Year 11/12/13 students travelled to Cromwell yesterday for the first of their 2 day Barista Course held at the Polytechnic.
Day 1 was about learning about the history of coffee, how it is produced and types of coffee, in the morning session. In the afternoon they got to make coffee using cafe quality coffee machines.
