• 2020 New Zealand Champion for 16/17 Kumite 
• 2020 New Zealand Champion for 16/7 Kata
• 2019 New Zealand Team for Commonwealth Karate Champs in South Africa (cancelled)
• 2021 New Zealand team for the New Zealand / Australian Cup 
• 2021 New Zealand team for the National squad training
• South Island Champion in U18 Kata, Kumite and Open Kata
• South Island Secondary School Champion in U18 Kata and Kumite 

Aja’s future aspirations are to go to Auckland University next year and pursue karate at a higher level with a new club. 

Her goals for the near future are to make the New Zealand Team for Worlds in 2022 and to keep her title of NZ Champ.
