Craig's role is to work with local young people (16-24) who are not in full time employment, education or training. He offer's individualised support to reduce barriers and help young people find sustainable employment. 

 For jobseekers, he offers:

• CV/Interview Skills
• Help finding suitable vacancies & training opportunities
• Liaising with potential employers
• Assisting with job applications
• Contributions towards necessary work-gear, training and drivers licensing.
• Ongoing pastoral support
