After being undecided at the beginning of the year about what she wanted to do after she left school, Kaylee began doing a Gateway Work Placement with Nikita at Fourth Chapter Hair Studio earlier this year and quickly realised that it was the pathway for her. Nikita has been impressed with how naturally she picked up skills and how hard she worked on work placement. This has led to Nikita’s offer of an apprenticeship to begin next year. Another example of how working hard in your Gateway Work Placement can lead to a wonderful opportunity beyond school.
