School Meteor Camera
In the very early morning of November 13th our Meteor camera picked up a fireball which travelled over Otago.
According to calculations done by the University of Otago this one probably burned up as it travelled through our atmosphere until only a few grams of solid remained-so unfortunately there is no real chance of finding it. Our school meteor camera is part of a global network of meteor cameras which aim to help scientists find more meteor debris so that they can study them.
