Kia Ora,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am very pleased to share the news that the Board has appointed Andrew King as the new Principal of Dunstan High School. Andrew will commence his employment at Dunstan from the beginning of Term 3 2024.

Andrew is currently the Deputy Rector at Otago Boys High School and comes to us with significant experience and an exceptional reputation.

The recruitment process for appointment of the new Principal attracted four applications, shortlisted to two who were put through a rigorous interview process over two days.

Bryce Clapham remains as Acting Principal until the end of Term 2 and we very much appreciate the leadership and work he is doing in this role. Bryce will return to his role as Deputy Principal from Term 3.
