Results from the week:

Basketball boys won the silver medal at the 'A' Tournament in Nelson.

Football Boys Tournament was in Dunedin and they finished in 12th place.

Hockey boys finished their tournament in Nelson in 5th place and the girls finished in 9th position.

Our combined ice hockey teams travelled to Dunedin and finished 3rd and 4th in the B Grade Tournament.

Netball girls competed in the SISS Tournament in Invercargill and finished the A grade in 27th place.

U15 Rugby boys were at their tournament here in Alexandra and finished 4th out of 25 teams.

We would also like to thank the numerous local businesses that contributed to each sports campaign by assisting them financially, with product, or by giving their employees the time off to coach, manage or provide support for our teams. 

DHS Sport would also like to recognise the support of Aotearoa Gaming and the Alexandra District Club in supporting our teams attending Winter Tournament Week.
