Industrial Action
We have been notified by the PPTA (teachers union) that a new round of strike action will begin on 12 June 2023 to 30 June 2023.
| This action includes not teaching or supervising the named year levels on the following days. Week 9 Monday 19th June - Year 9 & 10 Tuesday 20th June - Year 11 & 12 Wednesday 21st June - Year 9 & 13 Thursday 22nd June - Year 10 & 11 Week 10 Monday 26th June - Year 12 & 13 Tuesday 27th June - Year 9 & 10 Wednesday 28th June - Year 11 & 12 Thursday 29th June - Year 9 & 13 Teaching and supervision of other year levels not subject to the strike action will continue as normal. Students in these year groups affected, should catch up on work from home if possible. If your child does require supervision for these days, this will be provided, please contact the school office so we can make plans for this supervision. Students requiring supervision on these days are to sign in at the office at 9:00 am and they will be given further instructions at that stage. There is a possibility that this action could be postponed or cancelled depending on negotiation progress and we will inform you of this as we become aware. |
