Whether our overseas visitors are coming to take part in our renowned Outdoor Education programme, or have received a recommendation from a past pupil, or just want to improve their English-language skills in a unique and iconic part of beautiful New Zealand, international students at Dunstan can expect a warm, southern welcome and a unique experience in the heart of Central Otago.

Students can choose from a wide variety of subjects and year levels to suit their needs and abilities, and depending on their motivations and goals, can take NCEA examinations at the end of each year. IELTS training can be arranged, and there are testing centres both in Queenstown (70-minute drive) and Dunedin (150-minute drive).

Given the smaller nature of our international programme, we can tailor our offer to support your needs - some of our students come for a Kiwi experience, and want to get out in the beautiful outdoors on our doorstep at every given opportunity, others want a cultural experience and take prt in our Performing Arts programme, while others want to maximise their academic success with a view to progressing to a third level education here in Aotearoa. Dunstan High School can help you to achieve these goals.
