Alexandra South Asian Cultural Festival
This festival was held over the weekend of the 27th August and over 300 people attended from a wide mix of ethnic backgrounds and from a variety of locations around the district and further afield.
The Year 9 Digital Technology class produced the posters for the event. Students chose a country, researched it, and produced the outcome. The first prize went to an ex-student, Eddie Fenton, 2nd prize to Max Smith and 3rd prize went to Charlotte Taylor. All the posters were on display and a lot of comments were made about them all. Thank you to all students for their hard work last term.
